Michael Hyatt gives you detailed guidance on how to create a purposeful online platform where you can spread influence, make money, get noticed, or even build a whole career.
He uses his own example and talks about his own experience in writing, speaking, and business coaching.
He comes from a published background, and almost everything he does is based on that.
I can’t help but notice that some of the things he mentions are a bit outdated, but for someone who is just starting, his advice would be more than helpful. He generally talks about things that are very basic but useful.
Then, of course, he recommends many products in which he is personally involved or otherwise related (affiliate).
I would recommend this book to anyone who is just starting – if you have an idea you want to share, but don’t know where to start, or you simply want to be recognised in your field, but the competition is too high, or you struggle to find your audience, or you just want to learn how to utilise social media, get noticed, and monetise your work.
For me, it was a perfect reminder to get back to the roots and rethink my strategy.
