I Know Where To Go

What are my biggest hurdles?

I haven’t got much experience in the job market

First of all, I lack experience in the job market. I have some ideas based on what I heard and what others told me, but I am not really sure how all of this will apply to me. Right now, I am just guessing and hoping to take the right steps.

I need to learn more about self-promotion

I need to find out how to place myself in the job market in a way that works for me and gets me off to a good start. Markets and requirements in the workforce are changing quickly and I need to find out how to stay ahead of the game.

I need to know what I can seriously expect today

This really relates to many aspects. How good is the market today and will be in the future? How open is the market for someone like me and what is the right career path? Am I expecting too much or too little?

Is this training for me?

We designed this training to fit students who either at the end of their studies or after their university or high-school graduation and are looking for a way to learn the needed skills, in order to identify and apply for the best jobs that will take them in their decided direction.

How does it work?

This training is based on democratic education. This means you decide what and how you want to learn. We do provide a base curriculum that defines the points of focus, but you decide how you want to learn this.

As an academy, we focus mainly on taking action to learn. This requires you to not just listen to what the teacher has to say but to discover through action how this will work for you.

We work in small groups of up to 10 students and this group decides on the progress and flow of the studies. The learning itself is part of the experience and puts the power into the student’s hands. The teacher functions as a guide or mentor.

The knowledge is provided in form of Live sessions or recorded video content. This is the information or knowledge, The power comes from the group sessions where you will discover how you can turn this knowledge into action that works for you.

What will I learn?

The advantage of learning entrepreneurial skills over more traditional subjects is that they are not only relevant to a career as an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurial skills are relevant in any field and as important for your career path or any other direction you want to take in the future. In fact, having a wide range of entrepreneurial-relevant skills gained through studying entrepreneurship would make you an ideal candidate in most fields.

Skills taught in this learning program generally apply to all areas of industry and do not kill creativity or block opportunities to a specific career.
