In today’s podcast, I talk about my experience with meditation. I’ve been doing it for a while now and I talk about my journey. I explain how I started and how my way of thinking of it changed over the course. I believe everyone has their own, unique experience, and I tell you about the change meditation brought to me and the steps I took towards achieving that peace of mind. I also share about where I am right now with it, and what I enjoy most.
