It can be all too easy to be accountable to yourself. In spite of setting your goals – whether in your personal life or in business – you can get distracted or decide to shift priorities. And no matter what your excuses for failing to meet those goals, you calmly accept the blame. Why? When it can be so different with an accountability buddy?
Remarkable as they are, our brains can only hold four to five things at a time. If everything we do is happening in our head, we have to make a decision which one is important enough at the time to be kept and which one we need to let go. So, how do we get organized when our brains are permanently overloaded?

It’s going to be like jumping into cold water, getting straight out again, write down the temperature and describing the general feeling and the result of the jump.
