In this video I describe an easy way to create your own success and how to measure it for growth. What is success? was a question I was asked from the 6 year old daughter of a friend of mine and I had to come up with an explanation she understand. Like always the easiest way to really get something is doing it. So we created a list of things to achieve and setup a way for her to measure her achievements. She is still doing it and loves it, great result.
