In this video, we will discuss my favourite subject, and that’s an entrepreneurial mindset. What’s going on in a brain of an entrepreneur? How can you start thinking like one?

I am aiming to answer the following questions:

• What do we do at the Academy?
• What is the Entrepreneurial Mindset
• What is an entrepreneur?
• Why do we need entrepreneurs?
• How do entrepreneurs make it?

Entrepreneurs are action-driven people. They always wonder and think about the next step. They have open minds and always look for ways to improve and learn.

In this video, I will outline the importance of an analytical thinking approach. That’s how entrepreneurs make decisions – it’s not about impulsive acting, but instead carefully exploring all your options and analysing all steps to find what will work.

Another characteristic of an entrepreneurial mindset is the understanding that we are people’s people. So we socialise, make connections, always try to reach out and learn from others, even though most entrepreneurs are usually introverts who refrain from talking about their ideas. So in that aspect, I discuss the importance of stepping out of your comfort zone and what it means if done right.

Apart from entrepreneurs, we also talk about managers, as we call them in business. They form a perfect union with entrepreneurs and make the business run. So it’s essential to differentiate between the two and to understand either role in contributing to success.

I hope I gave you an insight into an entrepreneurial mindset in this podcast.
