In this video, I present my take on business coaching. First, I explain what a business coach actually does and what I enjoy most about my job. I also talk about some challenges and what I needed to do to become a coach, even though I was already an entrepreneur.

Through an interesting example of a client I worked with, I show you how fear can have a huge impact on our success and what my role as a business coach is in that case. If you feel like you get easily controlled by fear, I’m sure this video will be very helpful.

I have had a chance to meet many different people throughout my career, so here I’m talking about what I enjoy and find the most fulfilling in working with people. I also explain how I create value and what it means for my clients.
